Lumigenx — AI Visual Creation App
This privacy statement fully explains the data and content protection rules of the Lumigenx application. Our core principle is to protect every user’s personal privacy and content security to the greatest extent during the use of the AI image and video generation functions.
Lumigenx is committed to providing users with a safe, private and independent visual creation experience, and all functional operations are designed around user privacy protection. This statement clearly defines our data processing standards, service operation mode and user information protection scope for all users using this application.
Lumigenx does not require any user account registration, login, identity verification or personal information binding. Users can open the application and use all core AI creation functions directly without submitting personal basic information including name, phone number, address, age or other identity content.
There is no user account system in the entire application, so there is no situation of storing, binding or associating user personal identity information. All user creation operations are independent and not linked to any user personal identity data.
All AI image generation and AI video generation functions of Lumigenx rely entirely on our independent self-developed and self-operated service system. We do not access, call or cooperate with any third-party AI service platforms, third-party algorithm interfaces or third-party data processing institutions.
The entire process from user image uploading, content analysis, intelligent calculation to final image and video generation is completed through our exclusive internal service system. No user operation data, uploaded content and creation records will be transmitted to any external third-party service platform.
Lumigenx does not collect, record, analyze or store any user facial information, facial feature data, facial contour details, skin texture biometrics or any types of human face-related biological information in any form.
During the whole process of using image upload, AI image generation and AI video generation functions, our system will not perform any of the following operations on uploaded pictures:
Even if the content uploaded by the user contains human face elements, our AI generation service only performs overall picture style optimization, scene restoration and dynamic video conversion according to the picture content, and will not capture, split, record or retain any independent facial feature information of the characters in the picture.
We strictly prohibit any form of facial data collection behavior. No facial detail data, facial structure features, facial color texture or facial dynamic information of users will be cached, stored or backed up by our application and server. The protection of user facial privacy is our primary service criterion, and there is no exception to this rule in all usage scenarios.
Lumigenx promises absolutely that all user-related information, uploaded picture content, generated image and video works, operation records and behavioral data will never be shared, sold, leased or transmitted to any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions.
We do not open any user data interface to external third parties, nor do we provide any form of user data authorization for third-party promotion, analysis, recommendation and service extension.
All pictures uploaded by users and all AI creative works generated by users belong entirely to the users. Our self-operated AI service only processes the content temporarily to complete the generation function.
After the user completes the creation and saves the work locally, the temporary processing data will be automatically cleared by the system. We will not actively store, copy or use user uploaded pictures and generated creative works for any other purposes.
Most of the user’s creative records and work data are stored locally on the user’s mobile device. Our server only generates temporary session data for the normal operation of the AI generation function, and all temporary data will be automatically destroyed after the service is completed.
We will not build any user personal database, nor will we classify, summarize and archive user usage data. The user’s use trace and creative content are completely controlled by the user independently, and no background data collection and monitoring behavior will be carried out.
