Lumigenx — AI Visual Creation App
These terms of service govern the use of the Lumigenx application, a lightweight AI visual creation platform dedicated to providing users with one-click image-to-image and image-to-video generation services.
Lumigenx provides all core creation functions based on independently developed and self-operated AI services, focusing on delivering a simple, safe, and high-quality visual creation experience. All services provided by our application are oriented to personal daily creation use, with simple operation logic and zero professional threshold for all users.
The entire service operation of Lumigenx does not rely on any third-party technical support and third-party data services. All AI calculation, content processing and work generation processes are independently completed by our internal service system.
Lumigenx adopts a no-account usage mode. Users do not need to complete registration, login, real-name authentication, mobile phone binding or any other identity verification operations before using the application.
There is no user account system in the application, and we will not require users to submit any personal identity information to obtain service permissions. All users can directly open the application and use all AI generation functions.
All AI visual generation functions of Lumigenx are supported by our exclusive self-developed service system. We do not call, access or cooperate with any third-party AI platforms, third-party algorithm interfaces or third-party data processing institutions.
The whole link of user image uploading, content analysis, intelligent rendering, image optimization and video dynamic generation is completed by our independent internal server system. We will not transmit any user uploaded content, operation data and generated works to external third-party platforms in any form.
Lumigenx solemnly promises that the application will never actively collect, scan, identify, record or store any user facial information, facial feature data, facial contour features, skin biometric information or other face-related biological data during all service processes.
Our AI generation system only performs overall style rendering, scene adjustment, color optimization and dynamic frame conversion on the complete picture content uploaded by users. It will not independently extract, analyze, capture or retain any facial feature details of characters contained in the pictures.
All original pictures uploaded by users and all new images, video works and derivative content generated by users through the Lumigenx AI function are fully owned by the users themselves. Our application only provides technical service support for content generation, and does not obtain any ownership, usage right or commercial authorization of user creation content.
Users can freely save, use, edit and share their own created works for personal non-commercial daily use. We will not use user uploaded content and generated works for independent commercial use, secondary creation, data training or other behaviors without the user’s explicit permission.
Users shall abide by public network norms and moral principles when using Lumigenx services. Users are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality and compliance of all uploaded pictures and created content.
Users shall not use the platform’s AI generation function to create illegal, violent, obscene, infringing or other non-compliant content. We reserve the right to automatically intercept and terminate the generation service for non-compliant uploaded content.
Users enjoy the right to independent use, independent creation and content management in the Lumigenx application. Users can independently delete local creation records and local works at any time, and all local data rights are fully controlled by users.
We do not conduct background monitoring, data statistics or behavior tracking of user usage behaviors, and fully respect the user’s independent usage rights and personal privacy.
